It is through these painful experiences that I have extensively explored and discovered tools that helped me move the pain through. This allowed me to grow around the grief, eventually find some meaning, and expand in other areas of my life. I trained professionally in these tools so I can effectively share them with you in my M.U.G.G. program.
I've been married 23 years. My husband and I live in Cranford, NJ with our four sons. Two of whom attend college out of state.
