Expressing our emotions through conversation is proven to be amazingly helpful. But if this healing conversation is not supported by gentle, expressive movement, it may not be enough to just talk.


I'd love to work with you in depth. We have the option to include: holding space and listening, interactive, deep conversation, and gentle guided movement of the body, whatever works best for your unique situation.

I meet you where you are. We talk. You tell me your story and how long it has been since your loss. I listen, then we work together, step-by-step, carving out your new path. Detours and obstacles may arise, and I will continue to guide you.
